Nik Zetouni
Nikolas holds an MSc in Laboratory Medicine and Pathology focused on Environmental Toxicology from the University of Alberta and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Taubate, Brazil.

For 8 years, Nikolas taught Sciences and Biology in his home country, Brazil, achieving 3 "Best Teacher Awards" in 3 different schools. Understanding how education can change people's lives, Nikolas founded and operated his own school for 3 years, preparing undereducated students for Brazil's university admission exams.
​
Once in Canada, he changed career paths and obtained an MSc in Medical Sciences, another passion of his. During his 4 years at the University of Alberta, Nikolas won 8 research presentation awards, acted as a formal mentor to new students, and participated in 2 teaching assistantship programs. After working in food analysis and oil and gas laboratories, Nikolas realized how much he missed education and put a lot of effort into going back to it.

Nikolas returned to Education working for a child care provider, starting as an educator and rapidly becoming the Head of Operations due to his experience. During his tenure, he expanded the company's business by developing training programs for staff, and tech learning sessions for customers and established many partnerships. After 3 years working for the company, Nikolas was ready to open his own business.
​
Currently, he is the founder and CEO of Next Gen Educare, in Calgary, AB, using all his education knowledge to give learners an edge on their futures.
